Return Eligibility
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

How to Request a Return
To request a return, replacement, or refund:
- Email return@cedulogy.com within 3 to 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for the request.
- Attach clear photos or video evidence if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.
Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
To request an exchange, please follow the same process listed above.
Supplements & Personal Care Products
Due to the nature of supplements and personal care items:
- Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Individual results and experiences vary and are not grounds for refunds
- Please review all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchasing
USA Customers
For customers in the United States, returns and refunds are governed by this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Cedulogy will review all claims in good faith and resolve valid requests promptly.
Canada Customers
For customers in Canada, Cedulogy complies with applicable provincial and federal consumer protection laws. Where required by law, additional customer rights may apply depending on your province or territory.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
