Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. After this window, we are unable to cancel orders as they enter our fulfillment process.

How to Cancel

Email support@cedulogy.com immediately after placing your order with:

• Your order number

• Subject line: "Order Cancellation Request"

We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation within 2–4 hours during business hours.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a return upon delivery.

UK Consumer Rights

UK customers may exercise their right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving their order. Please contact us to initiate this process.
